In the month of February, God gave IGL an opportunity to conduct Y-21 training throughout seven different regions under the Vision-2000 Movement. A team from IGL traveled extensively to conduct the regional leaders’ training. Rural Development Update
Special campaigns were conducted during March and April to identify and mobilize children who suffer with cleft lips and palates. 10 children registered for surgical procedures and 7 have completed the surgery. In each of the cases, lack of monetary resources was a driving factor in the failure to treat these children prior to IGL's involvement. With IGL's medical assistance programs the surgeries were performed despite the families' inability to pay for treatment.
